The Community Development District (CDD) Board has approved an update to the community’s parking and towing policy to simplify the process for obtaining temporary parking authorization.
Effective immediately, residents are no longer required to submit an application for a temporary parking permit. Instead, residents may complete the temporary parking permit form and place it on the dashboard of the vehicle for which temporary parking authorization is needed.
A copy of the temporary parking permit form is attached to this email for your convenience. The form is also available to download from the community website at https://colbertlandingscdd.net/.
Please keep the following requirements in mind:
- Complete the form in its entirety. All required information must be provided.
- Display the form properly. The completed form must be placed on the vehicle’s dashboard so it is clearly visible.
- Avoid violations. Forms that are incomplete or improperly displayed may result in the vehicle being towed in accordance with the community’s parking and towing policy.
We encourage all residents to review these requirements carefully to help avoid unnecessary towing and ensure compliance with the updated policy.
