Updated Temporary Parking Permit Procedure

The Community Development District (CDD) Board has approved an update to the community’s parking and towing policy to simplify the process for obtaining a temporary parking authorization.

Effective October 13, 2026, residents are no longer required to submit an application for a temporary parking permit. Instead, residents may complete the temporary parking permit form and place it on the dashboard of the vehicle for which temporary parking authorization is needed.

Please keep the following requirements in mind:

  • Complete the form in its entirety. All required information must be provided.
  • Display the form properly. The completed form must be placed on the vehicle’s dashboard so it is clearly visible.
  • Avoid violations. Forms that are incomplete or improperly displayed may result in the vehicle being towed in accordance with the community’s parking and towing policy.
  • Time limitation. Temporary parking permits can only be used for a maximum of 2 weeks and may be subject to community rules and restrictions.

Please note there is no street parking allowed between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:00 am daily. Vehicles violating this policy without displaying a completed temporary parking permit form may be towed at the owner's expense.
