Dear Colbert Landing Residents,
Please be advised that beginning Monday August 17th, Meritage Homes will begin the County required curb removal/repair/replacement, within certain areas of Colbert Landings. Meritage expects this work to last, 2 – 4 days, weather permitting. Please note, all curbs that need repair, have been clearly marked with spray paint.
On Monday August 24th , Meritage will install the final lift of asphalt, within Phase 1 of Colbert Landings. Residents may drive on the street on the same day that it is paved, but please avoid making sharp turns. Attached is an exhibit with the limits of work highlighted in purple. The paving contractor will have at least one lane open at all times and MOT set up so residents can get through.
During both timeframes, please make sure that all these areas are clear of vehicles, so repairs can be made in a timely manner. Any vehicles that are not moved, are subject to towing at the owners expense.
