We would like to remind everyone of the best ways to report concerns and receive accurate information regarding our community.
If you notice an issue within the community or have a question or concern, please report it either through the resident portal or by emailing colbertlandings@folioam.com. Using these official channels helps ensure your request is documented, routed appropriately, and addressed as efficiently as possible.
Please remember that the management company is not a member of any community Facebook groups or other social media forums. Any official communication from the Association or the management company will be sent directly to residents via email or physical mail.
If you have questions or concerns about the community, we ask that you contact the management company directly rather than relying on information shared by third parties. We are the official source for current and accurate information regarding community operations, policies, and ongoing maintenance matters.
While sales representatives and customer service staff from Meritage Homes and Taylor Morrison may make every effort to be helpful, they are not involved in the day-to-day management of the homeowners association and may not have the most current or accurate information regarding Association operations, maintenance, or Board decisions.
We would also like to clarify the role of the Board of Directors during this stage of the community's development. The management company works at the direction of the Board of Directors and carries out the policies and decisions established by the Board. Because the community is still under development, the current Board consists of representatives from the developer. Once 90% of the homes in the community have been sold, control of the Association will transition to a Board of Directors elected from among the homeowners.
For the most timely and accurate updates, please direct all community-related questions, concerns, and maintenance requests to colbertlandings@folioam.com or submit them through the resident portal.
