Please be advised that at the most recent CDD meeting, the Board approved a towing agreement, which has now officially gone into effect.
Attached to this email, you will find the approved and adopted parking rules for the community. We encourage all residents to review these rules carefully to ensure compliance.
The towing company will also be installing the required signage throughout the community in the near future.
Please note that towing enforcement will not begin immediately. A separate communication will be sent to all residents advising of the exact date towing enforcement will commence.
Also attached is a Temporary Parking Permit Request Form for residents who may need temporary parking accommodations. Residents requesting a temporary parking permit must complete the form in its entirety and return it to the community email address at colbertlandings@folioam.com.
